We aim to post in stock items to arrive with you within 3 working days.Deliveries are posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded service.
Out of stock items may take up to 14 days however most stockist can deliver to us much faster. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
Delivery charges & packaging.
Delivery within the UK is free on all lingerie items.Delivery to countries within the European Union are charged at £3 or free for orders over £50.
Worldwide delivery is £5 or free for orders over £75.
All purchases will be luxury gift wrapped free of charge.
Items will be delivered with price information removed, wrapped in tissue and placed in a gift box before finally being tied with satin ribbon ready to give as a gift.
Returns
If the items we send you are the wrong size or faulty, please return the items in original condition and unworn with any tags attached. We will be happy to replace or exchange for an alternative size.Exchanges must be received within 14 days from date of delivery (taken to be the post mark date). Post back the goods ensuring you include all the information we will need to make the correct exchange
